Description of Goods

www.omegajuicers.co.za imports and sells the Omega range of juicers in Southern Africa and is a part of Naturalwise CC, Registration No 2002/021027/23.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 -2 days and delivery confirmed via email.

Unpaid items

Any items that have not been fully paid for within 3 months of the invoice or repair will be sold to defray expenses and no further claims may be made on www.omegajuicers.co.za, after this date.

Warranty

www.omegajuicers.co.za does not make any claim on any product they sell further other than what the manufacturer states. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made on any item. www.omegajuicers.co.za does not sell or accept used merchandise; all mechanical problems fall under the manufacture warranty.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by www.omegajuicers.co.za is subject to availability. Products are held in stock in JHB and ‘out of stock’ products are indicated on the website.  In cases of unavailability, www.omegajuicers.co.za will refund the client in full within 1-2 working days.

www.omegajuicers.co.za offers a 7 day money back guarantee provided that the goods are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

If the product is found to be damaged or defective due to no fault of the customer, the item will be repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Any damage or defective products must be reported to www.omegajuicers.co.za by the customer within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.

All warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer. www.omegajuicers.co.za does not imply any other warranty or guarantee on the products.

Customer Privacy Policy

www.omegajuicers.co.za will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, EFT, Bitcoin, Cash deposit and Mobicred.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for www.omegajuicers.co.za by Payfast who are the approved payment gateway for www.omegajuicers.co.za. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers – SSL – encrypted. The company registration documents and the sites registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate Payfast to obtain confidential information.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by www.omegajuicers.co.za separately from card details which are entered by the client on www.omegajuicers.co.za secure site.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility

www.omegajuicers.co.za takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and www.omegajuicers.co.za chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, P O Box 262, Lonehill, 2062, South Africa.

Variation
