Ingredients:
2 Coconuts (We recommend Young Coconuts as the meat is softer.)
3 cups filtered Water
Directions:
Pierce the eyes of the coconuts with a knife and drain coconut water into a bowl.
Set coconut water aside. It is not needed for this recipe.
Split the coconuts.
Spoon the coconut meat from the husk.
Add the coconut meat and the filtered water to a bowl and stir.
Ladle coconut meat and filtered water into your juicer and juice.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
